  A huge thank you to so many of our parents, staff carers and families who supported our Macmillan coffee morning this morning. It was a huge success and we will let everyone know how much money was raised after half-term.

  We will be holding our Macmillan coffee morning on Friday 21st October at 8:40 and donations of cakes will be welcomed. 

• Pumpkin competition

  Please bring your pumpkins into school on Friday 14th October. The theme for this year is 'Eyes'. These will be judged during the day and winners shared in our assembly at 2:45

• Reading morning

  Our reading mornings have become so popular on Thursdays we will be moving to the school hall from next week. Please join us from 8:40-9:15 if you would like to read with your child in school. Refreshments are also available.

• Year 4 Harvest assembly

  Year 4 parents are invited to join us on Wednesday 12th October at 9:15 for our Harvest assembly. Contributions of tinned and dry goods will be collected and donated to our local food bank.

• Our 70th Birthday year

  Huge thanks to everyone who joined us for our 70th birthday celebrations on Friday 9th September. We received so many positive comments from all of our visitors and it was incredible to be able to share a special lunch with members of our school community past and present. Past pupils were able to join us, some whom were at Middlemarch School when it first opened in 1952.
